Remember to pick up our parcel!! If the customer does not pick up a parcel and the parcel is shipped back to BeigeBabyBeige we will charge all the return costs.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Products that are on stock will be shipped from our facility within 2-4 working days. In Denmark orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days from the shipment date and in the EU within 7 working days from the shipment date. If the customer orders several items and one or more of the items is out of stock BeigeBabyBeige will not ship the order before each item is back in stock again. In that case the delivery time may be up to 7 weeks within the EU.

BeigeBabyBeige will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights. We ensure that our goods are packaged in a way that protects them during the shipment but sometimes damage does occur. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return products to BeigeBabyBeige. The customer must return the new and unused products to BeigeBabyBeige within 30 days from the delivery date. If the products are returned 31-35 days after the delivery date the customer will receive a store credit. BeigeBabyBeige does not cover return shipping cost.

In case of a refund the original shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer.

EXTENDED DECEMBER RETURN POLICY:

Only orders placed in December 2021.

If your 30 days have expired the customer can return or exchange products purchased in December 2021 until January the 10th. 2022

DEGRADATION PRODUCTS

When purchasing products from BeigeBabyBeige the consumer accepts the terms of 100% degradation of used products. The customer will only receive money refund if the returned product is unused. The 30 days begins after the delivery time and under no circumstances earlier than the customer has received the goods. In order to comply with the 30 days of return, the goods must be shipped and delivered as new and unused within the 30 days. BeigeBabyBeige will only cower the shipping cost when returning products is a result of our fault. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original packages. When returning products the full paid amount for the product will be returned when BeigeBabyBeige have received the return package. BeigeBabyBeige will only refund to the credit card that was used when placing the order. This is in order to prevent fraud.

Return information

If you wish to return your order, please contact info@beigebabybeige.dk and inform us of your wish to refund your products. We will provide you with a return slip. Please fill out the return slip when returning an order.

How to shop

The customer places the order by following the next steps:

  1. Select a product and “add to shopping bag”
  2. Select “go to your shopping back” to see detailed information about the selected product.
  3. Select “Checkout”
  4. Enter all personal information – enter any comments for dispatch – accept BeigeBabyBeiges's terms
  5. Select “Approve”
  6. Fill in the form with personal and credit card details

After placing an order BeigeBabyBeige will send the costumer an email, which confirms receipt of the order and contains the details of the order. The email does not constitute the acceptance of the offer. BeigeBabyBeige accepts the offer either by confirming the shipping by an email or shipping the products to the provided address. The contract has not been concluded before BeigeBabyBeige has accepted the offer. The payment will be collected when the order has been shipped.

Account

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account and password and for restricting access to its computer to prevent unauthorized access to its account. The customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under its account or password. Inform BeigeBabyBeige immediately if you have any reasons to believe that the password has become known to someone else or the password is being used in an unauthorized manner. The customer must ensure that the account information which are provided to BeigeBabyBeige are correct. The customer must immediately inform BeigeBabyBeige of any changes to the information that has been provided by the registration.

Retention of title

BeigeBabyBeige retains title to the goods until receipt of all payments.

Warranty and complaint

BeigeBabyBeige gives a 1 year guarantee on all products. The warranty doesn’t cover when defects, damage or wear and tear occurs due to misuse, lack of maintenance or common wear. The customer can choose as a consumer if a product should be repaired or replaced. The exception to this rule is if the replacement is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs for BeigeBabyBeige. Should any complaint occur please contact info@beigebabybeige.dk. BeigeBabyBeige does not cover the freight costs which occurs, in connection with a complaint.

Price and payment

All prices stated on the online-shop are in DKK or EURO and inclusive 25% Danish VAT. The payment will be done via MobilePay or creditcard. BeigeBabyBeige accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard. In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. We do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, and fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
